The concept behind ‘Saffron Grill’
Saffron is a spice derived from the flower of Crocus Sativus, commonly known as Saffron Crocus. Each saffron crocus bears flowers with vivid crimson stigmas. Dried stigmas are then used in the world’s cuisines as a seasoning and colouring agent. Saffron is native to Southwest Asia and was first cultivated in Greece. Now Largely cultivating in Kashmir, India.
Saffron not only gives taste, flavor and colour to the food but has also a long medicinal history as part of traditional healing. Several research studies have hinted that the spice has possible cancer- suppressing, mutation-preventing, and antioxidant-like properties. Moreover, Saffron stigmas are not only helpful for depression but also protect the eyes from the direct effects of bright light and retinal stress.
